By connecting the sustainable building operation with the end-users needs through living services, which are the middle layer between the building and end-user, we systematically increase of the users’ motivation to behave more environmentally friendly and contribute into the more sustainable future.

Buildings and user behaviours (18th of March)
The Live session will be 45 minutes presentation (15 minutes intro, then a set of pitches), then 10 minutes break and the final part will be 45 minutes discussion.
Challenge 1: How can we design buildings, building services and products for everyday indoor life in a human-centric manner?
