Applications of innovative digital solutions in Real Estate generate value from both a corporate and societal perspective. In this Ph.D. project, the focus is on how applications of innovative digital solutions (e.g., digital twins) in Real Estate generate value from both a corporate and societal perspective. It examines how traditional business models support or limit opportunities to use the potential of digitalization to achieve sustainable buildings and sustainable cities.
The project will be carried out within the framework of the Dig-IT Lab competence center in collaboration with industrial partners.
